The plotline was weak and there was numerous editing mistakes which distracted me from the story.......HOWEVER the rest of the books in this series are really good, the characters are extremely likeable and the storyline is well developed and thought out - I personally would skip this book and start from the second book in the series Alpha Kaden; you wouldn't miss any crucial plot details or anything of great significance and you still get to read a really great series by a talented author.
I also didn't finish the book. It would have been lovely but there were so many inconsistencies and the plot had more holes than Swiss Cheese. Reading Alpha Landon, though, I now understand different relationships throughout the book. The motives for the characters actions weren't at all clear and some things just had no relevance at all. What a story line!

I have read the other books in this series and I have loved every book. Relationships and characters that I was puzzling over in Alpha Kaden and Alpha Grayson made more sense. Evidently if you read the blurb to the boxed series of 4 books it looks like its book one. It in no way has affected my review of it. In the latest installment Althea and Landon are two sweet friends.
