There has been a consistent decrease in headcount since 2008. Expect to work many late nights and weekends It demanded being on call 24/7. Many felt it was a culture of popularity. Always feels like you're getting judged.

Management in general is just terrible from the bosses and leads on the floor all the way up to the people in the office. Lots of talk of "restructuring," and things getting better with no action being taken

I have not worked there for some time. The exposure to executives and issues that make news headlines each day was not something that I ever expected, but has served me very well since moving on to other agencies after Brunswick.
