Internet is crap & victor at tech support is a joke. Decided I'm giving up on calling and will publicly tweet every time our internet goes down. At the moment, we haven't detected any problems at Frontier. Frontier strives to make Chino Hills a better place. Your report was successfully submitted. As someone that works from home, you can imagine my frustration@AskFrontier tried to get service installed, picked the date and no one showed up. Broadband internet uses DSL or fiber technology.

You are definitely not the only game in town. Back up running to their relief - and mine given their civic involvement. This is so ridiculous. Worst thing though is that my baby monitor doesn't work when the internet goes out. Will you help getting this fixed, competently?
