The puzzle works by clicking the plumes to toggle each one and its adjacent neighbor (top, bottom, left, and right) so that they are all gone. the npc says leave no corner untouched, to get to the heart.... ie... all 4 corners then the middle To complete this puzzle, the Vestige needs to get rid of all nine plumes.
