Although due to the diversity in employee's everyone receives equal assistance.The managers are great as well, they listen to the workers views and ideas. Like most retailers, Primark does not own the factories that make its products. I was on assignment when I worked here. rules were strict and Managers weren't usually there to assist us but being around other co-workers who would help and communicate made the workday go by like a breeze.A typical productive work day in retail, would consist of working under pressure, time management and most importantly problem solving.
