A warforged character can incorporate special magic items—from weapons and armor, modifications to rings and rods—called components, into its own partially living, partially constructed form. Role-playing Games Stack Exchange works best with JavaScript enabled

If not deployed, You can have an advantage on deception and stealth checks to conceal the weapon. To be fair, it's not difficult to achieve high AC without being a warforged. JavaScript is disabled. Warforged can integrate one light weapon, melee or ranged. Discuss the workings and policies of this site
In D&D 5e there are some play styles that lean more towards power fantasy then immersion. It's my perception (and perhaps a flawed one) that the ability to accumulate more of them is becoming easier for a character. Especially at low levels. As opposed the Wayfinder's Guide to Ebberon Integrated Weapon, which is securely attached. This means it is possible to disarm you of the weapon, though admittedly does not specify if the weapon is dropped, or simply out of your grip.In either case, you would still have to contest a Strength saving throw (if the Battlemaster Fighter's Disarming Attack was used), or follow the rules of Grapple contests (if the optional Disarm action was used) to avoid being disarmed; and you would need to use your Object Interaction to re-equip the weapon on your next turn. Thanks for contributing an answer to Role-playing Games Stack Exchange!
Anybody can ask a question
I would like to homebrew content, but I'm admittedly struggling to see what the baseline assumptions are intended to be. A DM is the ultimate arbiter of what they feel is balanced, but be aware that an initial ruling on balance may change on gameplay experience, and you should be willing to roll with whatever decision your DM makes. If you aren't sure about how to proceed and want to use the Warforged developed by Wizards of the Coast, then you do have another option. If anything, the default assumption is that you have a well-balanced party, which can work around those issues (wizard or cleric casting a spell on the fighter's sword so that it can strike down the seemingly impenetrable demon).

Technically they should “only” exist in the Eberron setting, but I’ve heard a million and one reasons why they just happen to … But sometimes you WANT to do something insane like absurd amounts of damage, infinite spells, or convince anybody of anything.
